TVE called performers and authors to attend the edition celebrated in the month of May (2007) in Finland.
The TVE representative who attended the 52nd edition of the Festival, was elected on a program called "Misión Eurovisión" presented by Paula Vázquez.
In this program the audience had the last word.

Spanish TV wanted to increase its presence in a Festival that had undergone a major renovation in recent years.
